We knew about all of these services except one. We've been going to the parks regularly for over 20 years and we never heard of the Guest Relations Pin Binder. We will definitely check that out on our next visit.

As far as Services for the Disabled, "you can also get special cards that allow guests who are unable to wait on long lines access to shorter lines" may have been accurate in years past, but I believe the only people allowed to access shorter lines are now Make-a-Wish patients and their family. Unless by "shorter lines" the author means the DAS which offers the ability to not wait in traditional queues.

There is, however, this caveat in the policy "In unique situations, our Guest Relations staff will discuss special accommodations for persons who are concerned DAS doesn't meet their needs (e.g., those whose disability limits the duration of their visit to the park or limits their choice of attractions)."
