How to eat with Spongebob?

Is there any place on Universal property you can do a character meal with Spongebob and the gang? I've read conflicting reports that you dine with all the characters in the new Superstar Parade if you book the package, but from what I'm also reading, you only dine with characters from Hop!

Cafe La Bamba- and there is a great photo spot in the new-ish store near E.T.
I think "Hop" is added for Easter.

Yea, all the Superstar Parade characters are at the Breakfast.

The Superstar Breakfast is incredibly fun! I highly recommend it. You get to meet Sponge Bob and Friends, along with Gru and the Minions, the Characters from HOP and Dora the Explorer and Diego.

Generally it's Spongebob, Squidward, Dora, and Diego back-to-backing with Gru, a minion, EB, and Bit.
