How to add tour to my plans

I booked the Keys to the Kingdom tour last week. My credit card has been billed and I have a confirmation number. The tour does not appear in my plans in the Disney experience app. Is there a way to add it? They did not even send a confirmation email.

We did that tour last year and it didn't show on MDE either, I have no idea why the tours don't show up but perhaps someone more knowledgable will chime in and explain that one?

They dont/you cant link tours. Depending on the tour, you will receive an email a few days prior about the tour, i.e. what to wear, how long, where to meet, etc. I know the Wild Africa Trek and the Epcot Aqua Seas Tour do this.

I was just about to suggest that. You can enter the Note, assign a time and location, and even share with family and friends.

You're right. It doesn't. Do as the others suggest. Add a note as a reminder. Remember that it's a 5 hour tour with three separate start times. Make a note of when yours starts and plan your schedule accordingly beginning 5 hours later.

Don't know about pp but we LOVED the tour! Very informative and tour guide was great! You'll enjoy it!
