How strict are they on Eride nights?

Heres a question... is E-Ride Night likely to be on the same day as early entry? This could create one hell of a long day at the MK?

Disney seems to try to advoid that, E-Ride nights are usually on a Friday and Tuesday, and the EE Days for MK are Sunday and Thursday

I really hope next time you get caught and have your ticket/season pass revoked.

That's harsh, uncalled for, and totally off base there. Think bout it for a second, why the heck would Disney even revoke his pass? He didn't do ANYTHING wrong; he asked THEM and they said it was allright. If you have a problem with it, take your beef with Disney, not with somebody who played by the rules and asked before hand. While I personally don't agree with what Disney did, don't take it out on him.

And for the person who got away with this; I wouldn't write Disney a letter regarding this, unless you want the people who did this to you to possibly be repremanded. Just be thankful that the manager was kind enough to do this, and leave it at that.

Well, Atticus makes a good point, no matter how harsh. Only resort guests should be able to go to ERide. I went last month with Freaky and it was so terribly crowded - There were still 30 min waits for everything and we paid the extra money for no lines. It was awful.

This is the same thing I ran into.

I couldn't understand why everyone was so high on Eride nights other than it's extra time in the park. My wife thought and still thinks we wasted our money because when we went we had 20 minute waits on everything except Splash Mountain (but it was cold that night). In Space Mountain we waited for 30 minutes, for Big Thunder Mountain we waited for 20 minutes, Buzz Lightyear was quick. Maybe we just hit a bad night but we just didn't enjoy it like I thought I would. HOWEVER, I MAY HAVE JUST GONE ON A BAD NIGHT, WHO KNOWS.

I went on Friday June 27th. It wasn't busy. Space got up to about a 15 minute wait early, but was down to 5 after two times on the TTA. Splash had a 10 min. wait on the sign, but my wait time was going through the queue and waiting to be assigned a log. BTMR was a 5-15 minute wait, but they were having troubles with a train and removing it from service. Buzz was 10.

Astro Orbiter was the only thing with a longer wait of 25-30 minutes.

I strongly agree with that fully; NOBODY should be able to enter except for a Disney resort guest (I'm even opposed to any of the Downtown Disney Hotels for entering, since ever since they added them to the mix, E-Ride Nights have been consistantly more crowded). However, the the issue of the harshness of Atticus' post wasn't how crowded e-ride nights are, but rather blaming the original poster and wishing his ticket/pass was revoked. For a lack of better words, that's just stupid. Why should somebody be penalized for playing by the rules, asking before hand, and being granted something? Wishing an ill fate for somebody who did nothing wrong, and everything right is ridiculous.

The extra money you pay is for Disney to keep the park open to a limited number of guests for an extra few hours. The wait times are only said to be shorter. Depending on the time of year, 20 mins is certainly a shorter wait.

E-ride nights are best when they are scheduled in the slower seasons. Even better is when the weather is less than desireable like lower temps or a day of off and on rain.

E-ride nights in the summer are anything but slow.
