How Often

My wife and I got back from Disney in early March. This was our third trip over about a 12 year span. We had a magical time. Every time we have returned home I have suffered from the post-Disney magic blues. My question is, how often can you repeat visit before it seems to be less magical and more familiar.

I go once a year, but personally I'm guessing daily wouldn't be too often...

I go twice a year and it NEVER gets repetitive or boring. I'd go more except for 2 things: 1. vacation time 2. money  Now.....if I ever come into some serious money.....

I go often, for a while every Tuesday like clockwork after i got out of class - every day to walk into Epcot at 3pm to curse the fact that the Fountainview Cafe closes at 1pm.

I digress... I've never gotten bored with Disney World, but i certainly have had times when i felt yuckey, hot or something and wanted to go home. Having a hotel room to crash at is a different story - then i'd jsut chill and head back. Also, spent several times in the park not really doing anything but enjoying the little things. Wandering around Epcot, snacking on roasted nuts, taking pictures of rehab walls for the folks back here ;)

We went just about every year when my daughter was younger, but haven't been in about 5 years (she is 17, now). BUT..we do have a trip booked for this July. I know, I know, it is hot, but I live on the Alabama gulf coast......I am definitely used to it.

We go twice a year, the last week of January, and each summer, sometimes in June (this year) and sometimes in July. We never tire of Disney. The ultimate vacation destination.:sohappy:

Not old, just vintage.
I definetly go once a year. Usually at the end of August or in October/November. If I can fit in another trip throughout the year it is a major bonus. I am pretty sure that if I lived within a half hour of WDW I would be there atleast once a week.

I never get tired of it. I've been there almost 30 times and am now averaging about 3 times in a twelve month period. I'll be there in about 18 days and again in mid-August. (can you say hot? )

Your asking the people on these boards if we ever get sick of WDW.

We're addicted, thats why were here. These are the things that hold us over between visits.

Truthfully, we usually get a serious Disney fix in with a 3 visit year. Than a year or two with one visit, than back to a 3 year visit and so on and so on.

This May will be my 4th trip since 1996. The first time I went was in 96 when I was 13 years old, and we waited until 2004 to go back, and we have been back every year since. It never gets old to me to go every year, however usually around our 5th day there I get homesick and "Disneyed out" as we call it and want to go home. Of course once I am home I already want to go back haha.

We generally go once a year. The last four trips, we've bought annual passes doing the first week/last week trick to maximize savings. Also, every other year that lets us spend a day or two in December looking at decorations and seeing Candlelight processional.

We'd go more often if we could afford it We live far enough away, 450 miles, that we can't go often enough to get tired of it, if that would be possible. We generally stay seven nights and visit the parks six or six and a half days.

By the end of the week, we are ready to move on to something else (often the inlaws house at the beach!)

Last year was 3 trips total of 31 days spent in Disney. Now I have to wait tll Novemcer 18th and I do not know if I can wait that long. If I ever get to that point of being sick of going to WDW I will let you know, but for now I wouldn't hold your breath.
