From what I understand, you're not stuck there if you really want to leave. There's a phone with a concierge person available 24 hours, and that person has to escort you to and from the suite, and to and from the park entrance if it's after closing. And yes room service.
Now all that being said, the suite would have to be priced higher than the suites in the monorail resorts, some of which go for more than $3000 per night during even normal season. I would venture to guess that Disney would have to put a price tag of at least $10,000 per night on something like this, and possibly even more like $25,000. It's a one of a kind suite in the most visited theme park in the world. There are other suites in hotels in other parts of the world that go for that kind of money, Disney absolutely could get it and even more if they wanted.
