How much on average can I expect to pay for lunch in the park or resort?

Hello all,
I am just considering if if the DDP is worth it or not for us to add on to our package. I have a good handle on what the table service meals will cost us for the trip, but not sure what to make of the quick serve either at the park or in the resort. What is a good figure to plan on? it will be two adults and one 6yo girl.

Much thanks!
Rick

It would never pay for me to do it I don't eat sugar and my boys like to grab desert later usually while watching a night time show or durring a parade!
I am doing it from now on I might more but I like the fact of having it per paid for. My last trip all I did is stress out over money paying out of pocket. I just don't want that stress no more.

This is exactly why we do it. Plus, if we were to do it out of pocket we would pay lots more on the days we choose to do character meals. I know my husband and if he had to pay "out of pocket" he would find a way to avoid the character meals and that is where we have had some of our best memories. He loves to save a dollar more than any person I know except for when it comes to duck hunting. Man will buy guns and ammo more than any human should ever need. But I digress...

Yes we do chef mickeys every year but this year paying out of pocket we cut it. I will not pay for a buffet out of pocket except boma.

I am not going with the DDP, two adults and a 3yr old(nearly 4) and infant. I did the math, and more that anything, I don't want all the desserts they include. It will be fun to finally try some apps, which we have not done in previous trips on the DDP....now if it's free DDP sure I am in, but otherwise I am holding off.

I always budget $50/person for sit-down restaurants and $20/person for fast food. It is always enough and usually a smidge more than I need. Toss in the occasional snack and all the water I buy and it works out well. :)
