How much $$ do you bring?

We will be on the DDP and already paid for PPP and MVMCP, so much do we bring for extras? Me, DW, DD10 and DD8, first trip and we have no idea what to bring? $1000? $2000?? Any help would be great!

$1500-$2000 is good IMO for a family of 3-4

For me and dh 10 days work out tip i usually bring 1000

We bring less than $100 cash -- $10/night in Mousekeeping tip envelopes, and another $20 in small bills to tip anyone who might handle our luggage, etc. Any other costs (e.g., dining gratuities) we'll put on a credit card.

I usually have all park tickets before we arrive (Myself and the wife), so any spending money is purely for meals and any small items.

Saying that, I usually go through at least $800 in two weeks - but I always have a fully charged credit card with me in case we need more.

We have our tips already figured out and budgeted in cash for the two of us during our next trip. My personal spending money, I'm thinking around $300-$500, depending how much I have saved before I go. I tend to go nuts shopping in WDW, and I want extra money for snacks and drinks, but I'm kind of limiting myself so I don't go overboard. I don't want to get home and be wondering what happened to that extra $1500 I had in my checking account before the trip. XD
