How much do the Mickey ears cost at MK?

I know that the light-up Dream Ears are $15 exactly with tax included. I'm pretty sure the standard ears are a bit less than that. If you're not going to be at MK anyway, you should be able to find the full selection at World of Disney at Downtown Disney.
