The Dining Plans you get as a Passholder are the exact same ones that you'd get as a regular Guest booking a package. The only difference is that a Passholder package with dining doesn't have the ticket requirement of a regular package.

Another option is getting a Tables in Wonderland card, which costs $75 and gets you 20% off most Table Service restaurant in WDW, plus a small handful of Counter Service places.
