I know this is a random question but how many times has the Main Street Electrical Parade payed a visit to Disney World?

How many visits has the Electrical Parade made to Disney World?

WDW's version of the parade ran from 1977 - 1991. It returned in 1999 and again last summer.

Actually, the visits that came after the original run were/are of the Disneyland edition of the parade.
WDW's MSEP was shipped off to Paris when Spectromagic started. To the best of my knowledge, that original WDW parade has never returned to Florida. (And to be honest I have no idea where it is now)

its roughly 40 years old so 40 times 365 is 14,600 plus the double runs would make it 29,200 minus the nights it didn't run and then there was nights it only played once if that was even an option back then. Maybe that will be the number when Walt Disney unfreezes hundreds of years from now.

It's apparently sitting in crates backstage somewhere in Hong Kong Disneyland. I'd love for those original WDW floats to return home to the Magic Kingdom some day with the Original Music.
Heres an Idea... bring the original Parade to California and let Disney World keep the one thats running now. But then its cool knowing I have only seen the Electrical Parade only 4 times out of all the times I have been to Disney World and its a nice treat. Not having it there as much as Spectro Magic and wondering when it is going to come back just builds up the excitement. I am going to confess that as much as I like Spectro magic and some of the floats that I will miss, that parade needs some help and I hope it is getting a major overhaul. I wish they would add that Hercules float to the parade and maybe the Dumbo Float.
