I am up to a grand total of EIGHT.

Rode it 3 times in May for our first visit
Rode it twice in June during our family visit.

And got the pleasure of riding it earlier this month three times... twice in the darkness of extra magic hours!! Gotta love the way they illuminate that mountain. I only wish the park was open longer more often.

awesome ride - forced mrs cmatt to ride 6-7 times after each other untill i got a deceant ride pic...

rotm is alot better however :p

Sorry to inform you that Everest will outlast Mummy because the rotm is based on a movie that will age with time and it will become tired as people want a new ride based on a new movie. Just like BTF, ET, JAWS, are becoming tired and rundown because no one from the younger generation adores these movies enough to ride them in a theme park.

BTTF, ET, and Jaws are tired and rundown because the rides themselves are tired and rundown, not because of any lack of interest.

A good reason why Small World, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Country Bears, Space Mountain, and many other Disney rides stand the test of time. Now movies after the rides are a different story.

However, it can be argued that a fair amount of classic films have a ride that still exists, but those are mostly older films, not in the ET, Jaws timeframe.

Being a local, I've only ridden it once which is sad.

That is an incredible picture.

242 now. I went three day in a row. If anyone wants to meet me there I will be there tomorrow. I have to say good bye to one of my friends because it is her last day. She is leaving Friday.

Only once- I would have ridden it again, but felt bad for my DH because after he waited in line with me and got in the vehicle- he couldn't get the safety bar all the way down so he couldn't ride and he was the one that was really looking forward to it so I opted to not ride again (and told him how lame it was.....:lookaroun )
