How many of you have stayed and seen the goodnight kiss?

This will seem strange, but I have been to the MK far more times than I could possibly count, and I have never seen The Goodnight Kiss. We usually stay until closing, or near closing, but our rush to the monorail or the bus has always prevented us from experiencing this event. Truthfully, I'd rather kiss my wife on Main Street while I have the energy, than listen to someone else while I'm dead tired.

Got to see it in 2004 after following a friend's advice. We book one of the last dinner reservations in Cinderella's Castle and watched the fireworks out of the window while eating. By the time we were finished with dinner there was hardly anyone around and we sat back to "get our kiss". It was one of the best times in MK, without my kids of course

Wow this is a brilliant idea. And I would say do it on a day that does not have EMH in the eve.I now need to see if I can revise my itinerary (again)

I cant believe I have been to DW so many times and have not heard of the goodnight kiss. I have to see if I can convince my mom to stay to closing to see it.

We always wait for it no matter how bushed we are and want to get back to the resort. The best way to close out the day in the park. If we left earlier it would feel like the day wasn't completed properly.

We stay for the good night kiss at least once every trip. It is kind of a tradition now. My nieces have NO idea what it is, I hope they are up for the challange of staying awake.

The funny thing was that we've never encountered it before but this year we stayed for extra magic hours to take castle pictures and it was going on while we were walking to the hub.
It was nice to see it for the first time!

I had never seen it and had been to Disney over 100 times. Then Dec 2010 we stayed and were hanging out at Caseys corner when it happened. It was so exciting. IT goes to show you can go to Disney all the time and still find something new and amazing about it.

There is another Color light show they do which I recall seeing while I was there for an EMH. They dance pretty quickly..I found a video but it doesn't have sound however it shows what I was mentioning..
