Jambo is closed indefinitely again and I am supposed to arrive in two weeks.

Started at All Star Music for June 2020, rescheduled for POFQ June 2021, and now changed to another resort.....Coronado Springs.
Disney said that POFQ was currently(6/24/20) not scheduled to be open in June 2021?
Hopefully that will change and we will modify back to POFQ.

25! After just over 3 hours on hold yesterday, our resort was changed from Coronado to a one bedroom villa at Riviera. Just waiting on dining now.

I love them too.
So much, I make them at home.
Just use boxed carrot cake mix and slightly less liquid in the mix...so the batter is not too runny.
I use a large scoop to portion out the batter on sheet trays lined with parchment paper.
Just watch your baking time.
Cool and fill with cream cheese frosting(cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powder sugar)

Its done... Its booked. This is where we will call home in 313 days.
Unfortunately the w/c accessible room at Poly we hoped for wasnt available for our dates... but the Contemp will do just fine.

We don't know where we are staying if Jambo is closed July 10-15, but ...
