Just curious, for those who recommend longer stays (7+ days), do you usually build in rest days? What do your non-park days look like?

Just curious, for those who recommend longer stays (7+ days), do you usually build in rest days? What do your non-park days look like?

Our family typically goes for 6 nights, and we build in one rest day. There is plenty to do outside of the parks - WDW has two mini golf courses (Fantasia Gardens and Winter Summerland), you can utilize Disney transportation to check out some of the resorts, and of course there’s Disney Springs.
