How can I put this in a Disney friendly way...if Mother Gothel were an actual person, that would be an almost frighteningly accurate summation of my goddaughter's mother (who is, ironically, also my godmother). Therefore, she, despite promising her that she could go this time(she was originally scheduled to come with S and I last summer, but her mother changed her mind at the last minute), suddenly decided that my goddaughter cannot go on vacation this summer "...because!" That was her literal response...

Alas, since I was kindly gifted park tickets from the same family friend that got mine and S's resort stay upgraded last summer, that have to be used in 2025; and I am located significantly closer to Anaheim, I will be taking my very first solo trip this fall for my birthday!

Cheers to countdown number three of this year(😬), and upcoming trip report number 2!
