Silverseas would be great...might be too old for you thoughOk, it just came off as condescending.
I know it is expensive, I do comparison shop. I am not an avid cruiser. I go once a year with a group of girlfriends to blow off steam and I always have a fantastic time. If I ever become someone who goes on multiple cruises a year (which is very doubtful), I'll definitely branch out. I like cruising, but if you told me I couldn't go on another one, I'd be OK with it.
If it makes you feel better, I was looking at Silverseas earlier this week.
And the falls absolutely suck as far as crowds go...We are no longer passholders and the days of spending 10+ days per year in the parks are gone for now. We are doing one 4-day weekend in October and that is the extent of our Disney vacationing this year. We have always gone in the fall to celebrate the kids' birthdays and as long as they want to do that trip we will keep it up; but we have reached a point where it simply does not make sense to spend SO much money at WDW when we can do some really nice vacations elsewhere for longer at the same price tag.
But you can’t put a price on iger’s retirement...errr...”magic”...I meanI was just now curiously pricing some random times looking at Logan's school calendar next year. In late April they are charging ~$100 for a tent/pop-up site at the campground. Mid February is $80. They have lost their minds at this point, I'm convinced of it.
We are staying at Boardwalk in October on points I'm renting from a friend. I told the boys to enjoy every minute because there's no chance I'm paying anywhere near rack rate for the same room! But you can’t put a price on iger’s retirement...errr...”magic”...I mean
yes but do you have to use them a year from when you bought them? meaning we wanted to go next year and the year after.. if I buy them now .. I have only a year from today to use them.. is that correct?Just a quick update...we bought 4 Platinum AP's at Sam's Club last night at the old price of $865.99 each...they are not in the stores, you have to buy them online, but they're still available.
OMG I made reservations for the camp ground (tent site) for Jan 2018 and it was $70 and now it's $100 ouchI was just now curiously pricing some random times looking at Logan's school calendar next year. Standard ticket policy is that they must be used by 12/31 of the following year...as in activated. I don’t know how sams club tickets would be different?yes but do you have to use them a year from when you bought them? meaning we wanted to go next year and the year after.. if I buy them now .. I have only a year from today to use them.. is that correct?
No, as long as you don't activate them until you get there...what you CAN do is link them to your My Disney Experience now by using the web site only... it's a little confusing, but if you need help, let me know!! We're going in May, my DW linked them to the MDE and we will activate them when we get there at the will call windows at any of the parks or at DS. The year will start when you activate them. Just an added note, you MUST be a member of Sam's Club and enter your membership number before you look. Without the number, the website is only showing the higher price. Once we joined, (we weren't members), the "old" price showed up...do it soon, because no one knows when the higher price will appear. Good luck!!yes but do you have to use them a year from when you bought them? meaning we wanted to go next year and the year after.. if I buy them now .. I have only a year from today to use them.. is that correct?
