I was just wondering how many adults can fit into the doom buggies at HM? My husband and I are taking my dad and he's never been on it and I don't want him to be by himself...also the same question for Peter Pan's flight. Thanks!

When I was down there in April 2004, my sister & rode HM and there was still some extra room in the doombuggie. My sister & I were 16 & 14 at the time, so I dont know how much this helps you.

And now a carrage approaches to take you into the boundless relm of the supernatural. Take your loved ones by the hand please and kindly watch your step. The carrage that will carry you into the moldering sanctum of the spirit world will accomidate you and one or two loved ones.

I know you can get 3 adults in a Doom Buggy, having done it once. It's a tight fit though and I probably wouldn't do it again. Peter Pan I'm not so sure about. Why don't you ride with your Dad and let your husband ride by himself?

and for peter pan. it's best to ride two to ship.. simply because it's made for younger ones.. and it's a bit of a squeeze for larger individuals like myself. And i'm not that big.

IMO if you press very hard, you might be able to get 5 people in... but alas that's not permitted...

Same goes for Peter Pan's flight... :D

For HM: 2 comfortably, 3 very tightly. I agree with the suggestion about riding with dad... I'm sure your husband wouldn't mind too much, especially because the cars are so close.

If my memory serves me correctly, I think Peter Pan has a slightly larger seat, making 3 a bit more do-able.

I completely agree..I rode last time with my folks, I felt like I was having to lean forward to be comfortable which took away from hearing the ghost host.

I am 6'6", and my wife is 5'7", we both fit in the doombuggy pretty ok, but now our daughter is 2.
I'm think I will be alone in my own doombuggy for awhile, cause I'm not gonna chance it thru the entire ride.
It's bad enough the bar knocks on my knees when it is lowered on every ride anyway.

I bet 3 teens would be ok, but 3 adults, would be pretty tight if you ask me.

I would ride 2 to a car in both rides for comfort. you will be focused more on the ride than looking at each other anyway. Plus after waiting in line for so long why not get comfortable!

Plus the hitchhiker at the end of HM is much better with just 2 in the car and him in between you.

I agree w/ the idea of riding w/ ur dad. 2 adults will fit in a DB nice, and 3 will be a tight squeeze.

EDIT: My hubby says 3 can

I would reccomend heading over to "Honey I Shrunk the Audience" at Epcot, leaving after you've been shrunk but before you've been blown up, go back to the Haunted Mansion and I'm sure you won't have a problem fitting your party.
