How long to tour The Land & Living Seas?

We will be arriving at Epcot FW around 4:00pm on our 1st day at WDW in Sept.
How long do you think it will take to tour The Land & The Living Seas?
We have dinner reservations at Cape May Cafe' at the BC resort (very close to Epcot WS) at 7:00pm.
Just wondering (I know that alot depends on crowds & such - I'm just looking for an estimate on time for touring).
Thanks so much!

It depends on how much you want to do. The Land is mostly attractions, with Soarin' (get a FP), Living with the Land, and Circle of Life. If you enjoy the greenhouses in LwtL, you can book a Behind the Seeds tour to take you backstage. To do just the attractions, it could take an hour to do it all depending on Soarin's queue. Living Seas has just the one main ride, and after is a huge post-show area. I would advise seeing the Turtle Talk show and visiting the different exhibits. You can also book a diving tour inside the tank. To see most things inside the Seas, you could take half-an-hour to forty five minutes.
Hope this helps.

EDIT: Hey, hey, 200th post! :king:

Thanks!
This gives me a better idea.
We will have from 4:00pm until 6:30pm, so that should give us enough time to tour both.
