How long to ride Soarin' with a fastpass?

This is our plan for our last morning at WDW.

9:10 Soarin fastpass
10:15 Trattoria Al Forno Bon Voyage breakfast
11:15ish (Depening how long it takes to eat) head back to resort to pick up bags and get a LYFT to MCO for our 2:50 flight. (Unless we will be back in time to take Magical Express)

Is this doable?
Will we have time to ride Soarin, and then either walk to Boardwalk via IG, go to front gate and grab a bus to Boardwalk(do they even have one being so close? OIr will we have time for neither? Our breakfast reservation is the main priority but we'd like to get one last ride in on our last day.

Particularly that early, I would suspect you would be 15-20 minutes max from entry of the fastpass line to exit from the ride (that’s largely dependent on where they are at with loading and pre-shows for the group already past the checkpoint for the theater you are directed to). You also have a five minute buffer pre-FP+ time, so you could enter the line as early as 9:05 (or earlier if the cast member is willing to validate a few minutes before then, but that’s their discretion)

In contrast, making your Soarin' FP around noon can see you standing for 30 minutes or so in the FP line.

Take the boat from the IG.

Is this faster then walking? I'm not super familiar with the boardwalk area. We did visit it when we went in August, and I've seen maps of it.

An extra day added to a six or seven day ticket is about $10. It would be silly not to do it IMO.

OP, why not skip breakfast and do two or three rides that morning? Rope drop Test Track, FP Soarin, ride Living with the Land, and hit Club Cool on your way out.

We recently purchased annual passes for the two of use since we will be going back as a family in Feb 2020 for 9 days. It was cheaper to buy those then by 2 sets of 5 park hoppers.

An extra day added to a six or seven day ticket is about $10. It would be silly not to do it IMO.

We are going to be in WDW all week and we didn't get to do this breakfast in August when we were there so we're really wanting to do it this time.

I'd say if there was a boat waiting at the IG dock when you get there, hop on, save your feet a little. Boardwalk is the first stop and it'll be about the same as walking.

If there isn't a boat, just keep walking.
