How long does the bus take from pop century

Hello!!

I've been looking at bus times from pop century through the my disney experience app and i am hoping the travel info and times it gives are false. When i put in my start location from pop century and destination at hollywood studios it gives the estimated time as 72 minutes. It also shows the bus goes to disney springs first and then to walk from boardwalk resort to hollywood studios.

I have read that busses go straight to the theme parks and back again as an express shuttle so it should only take 10 - 15 minutes to go to hollywood studios. Has the bus route changed or is the disney app wrong? Hope someone can clarify all this.

It'll be our first trip to WDW next month and we're really excited!!!! (Apart from travel taking 1h 12m to get to a park that is 2.8 miles away from our resort....)

I just checked this out...And there must be something up with the app....It doesn't take 72 mins to get to DHS from Pop...Having stayed there on the majority of my trips Epcot & DHS are the shortest rides taking at least a good 10-15 mins...Whereas MK & AK go about 20 due to the distance..

Thanks for the reply! I thought the times and route it was suggesting were a bit odd. Hopefully they'll sort it before we go. I might look for another app which might have more accurate travel times.

We always stay at Pop and Art of Animation and the buses to the parks, water parks and Disney Springs take 10/15 minutes at most. The only one that seems to take forever is to Magic Kingdom which is 20-30 minutes depending on time of day and traffic conditions.

Idk if it's at all resorts, but there should be a TV screen at the bus stop with wait times for all the busses. We always went by that instead of the app.

They do have it...But only at Deluxe hotels....Not sure why they haven't done it for all of them tho...

Thanks for the information everyone. I hope they have a monitor with actual times at pop resort as it will come in very handy i think. Either way i'm glad i wont be spending 2h 30m on travel every day of our honeymoon :)

We stayed at Pop in june so will confirm they have the time boards there. We rode buses some and drove some. I will say we had pretty minimal waits catching a bus from Pop to the parks, getting back wasn't as easy.
I think the bus ride to MK was in that 20 min range. otherwise it's a great location for bussing to HS, and Epcot and AK are pretty easy as well. We drove to AK the moring we rope dropped it and I think we're there and parked in 10 min or less, same with HS.
