How likely for some magic?

Give me some hope, seasoned Disney folks! Our first park day is Sunday Feb 18. We will rope drop AK and head to MK for the afternoon. Since MK is always packed in the afternoon and no FP were available for FoP, I did our 3 FP for MK. We are really flexible on MK so if we have to go later and abandon the FP, we will. How likely will we be able to get FoP and NRJ that morning without insane wait times? The Disney details are amazing so we really don't mind 60 minute waits. I know, we're weirdos.
Next day we plan to rope drop Epcot at the World Showcase entrance and hit FEA first, head back to Future for TT FP and LWTL, eat our way through WS and then hop to HS, hopefully picking up FP after using the Epcot ones. It is possible to enter Epcot at WS in the AM right? We are staying off site so we will Uber to Boardwalk Resort.
The girl and I have 2 more park days and the hubs 1 so we can fill in the missing things we are really hoping to see. We have always plan on 1-2 must dos for the day and the rest is just bonus.
And for the final pixie dust wish list, my 14 y/o girl wants to dine at Crystal Palace on the 23rd. How likely is a reservation to open this late in the game?

Personally, I think all that park hopping sounds exhausting. The four theme parks aren't all right next to each other like they are at Disneyland. It's easier to do one day for one park. That way you don't have to go through security more than once a day. Your scheduling is ambitious and may cause exhaustion instead of exhilaration by the end of the day. This is a friendly warning as once I tried to do three parks in one day and literally got sick that night.

Just addressing your FoP concerns.... I have been on it numerous times, Fp's aside get there at rope drop and expect approximately 2 hrs.on average. ( that would be considered a short wait without FP) The line physically get shorter late morning to mid day but the wait time doubles because the FP's kick in. I have tried a few different strategies (assuming no FP) and that's about the best on average. The very best was 1 hr. 20 min. The worst was 4 hrs. To the minute at around 2 pm (short line long wait) Navi river is a cool ride but that line can get ridiculous after seeing it is very hard for me to justify 1hr.+ wait time but then again I've seen it. To sum it all up if you can't get a FP go at rope drop and be prepared. The line stretches out toward Africa in the early morning don't let that scare you it's just how it is. But it does move along.

Another thought assuming you're staying on property Monday morning has EMH so this can help cut your wait time

Isn't that Presidents Day weekend?

It is. I know crowds will be heavy.

This is our 3rd DW visit. We always hop. It can be exhausting but isn't that expected lol?
