I am always amazed at the work they put into making WDW so beautiful. I got to wondering theough, how it is organized. Do the parks, golf courses and resorts all have separte organizations for this? I imagine they are all under one umbrella department, but what is it called and who heads it up? Anyone know what this org chart looks like? I'd love to send some letters to those responsible to let them know what a good job they do.

I have been to their offices and have seen the growing fields. A large majority of their plants are grown on site. I would prefer not to release the names of the people who head up this division. I do not know if each park has their own grounds crew, but I would assume not.

Each park has a seperate Horticulture team, and there are groups of resorts that each share teams. Most of the trees and large shrubs are grown on property at the tree farm north of Disney's Animal Kingdom, while many of the bedding plants are from outside suppliers.
