How have you contributed to the Magic...

This is a great thread!! Over the years I have taken pictures for people, but most notably, my brother, my Dad, and myself will give up our seats on the buses to the elderly or young children with their mothers. A long time ago we had just gotten off of Snow White and my Dad helped a young girl in a wheelchair open the gate to the exit area. Sometimes it's just the little things that make people's day at Disney!!!

"...only then will we be truely living with the land."

Last year there was a single mom with her kids in Germany, they were nicely begging her to get them a pretzel, but her hands were full. So I bought them each a pretzel and her a beer.

We were at SGE and this dad who was sitting next to my husband leanded over and asked us if this show was scary (like AE scary) and if his daughter would be okay. I told him and his daughter that this was the nasty Stitch, before Lilo changed him. The dad looked very relieved....he was glad he didn't take his kid into a show that would scar her for life (....and I know what all you SGE "fans" are thinking so nyah! :p )

I will say that someone contributed to *our* Magic once....a total stranger was responsible for taking pictures when my husband proposed. Thanx stranger...whoever you were!

Given away unused Fast Passes.
Taken pictures for people
Given up my seat on Disney Transportation for ladies (a real gentleman - there's not many of us left  )
I totally agree, there are not very many true gentlemen left that would give up their seat for a lady, that is why we have taught our now 5 year old son (and even our 10 year old daughter), giving up your seat to an woman and even an elderly man is expected, and don't even think about whining about it. Now, it's automatic for them, just like holding open the door for someone rather than letting it slam in a persons face!

I will still give up my seat and open doors for the ladys and sometimes I get the nastiest looks for it from women. I think they are those type that dont like men if you ask me or they just dont like people being nice to them.
