How early do Flower and Garden's topiaries/flowers go up + kiosks?

Hi, we might be going to the World on Feb 24th and staying until March 1st or 2nd.
I'm wondering how early things start going up. They obviously can't put it up in one night, but will it be up that whole week prior?
Also the food kiosks, is there a soft opening the day before?
Thank you in advance

I was there this year when Flower and Garden started. We arrived on February 25 and all of the garden and flower displays were in their full glory. (They are absolutely gorgeous by the way.) The kiosks were all up in advance of the start date, which was March 2 this year, but they were covered up. None of them actually served food or beverages until the actual opening day.

Ok thank you, I sort of suspected that most of it would be up, but I just wasn't sure if they built those flower characters some place else and moved them into place. I haven't been to the flower and garden festival in 11 years, so I'm hoping it all works out.
As far as the kiosks, I suppose one day of all day snacking is plenty anyway, lol.

Thank you also @NeedMoreMickey

I was also there the year before in the middle of F&G (mid April 2015). All of our favorite character topiaries from 2015 were on display when we arrived in February 2016 almost a week before the festival's start date. I would imagine that the procedure is the same year to year, so you should have a really good chance of catching the visuals. Like I said before, it's stunning. As for the food, It's nice to have the kiosks and last year they did add more, but for us the actual displays are way more important than the food. There's so much to eat on a normal day anyway. Enjoy planning your trip :)
