I have seen posts in various threads discussing DVC purchases that discuss how the fees are only allowed to cover operating expenses and maintenance. This just quantifies that point.

Interesting that labor costs make up 2/3 of the total costs. I also found it interesting that the shift between cash guests and point renters impacts the dues each year significantly.
