Splenda is great!! Too bad is sooo damned expensive though... so I stick to the cheap sweet & low. :lol:

PS.. that Atkins diet recommends it...I have even learned to cook with is some!

whatever the magical coffee machine in the cafe near my workstation spits out...lol :lol: Lately I have been on this big french vanilla kick... its getting old.... but the mocha is a bit overwhelming.... so I stick to the vanilla.

I've been known too. Currently using Typhoo.

Tea making tip for my American friends - it must be made with boiling water. Not hot water, but boiling. The tea bag should sit in the water for at least two minutes so you end up with flavour and not coloured water.

It has been my experience that the above will not work with Lipton tea bags. I don't know what they put in them, but it's not tea :lol:

Can't drink coffee. Not at all. Doesn't have to do with the taste, more to do with liking normal digestion.

I always have it with Canderel (the one with splenda or sweet&low).
My second choice is expresso coffee but it´s too small so it´s gone very fast!
If I want something else or bigger, it´s a mocaccino... :slurp:
