Here is a pic of my Mickey Head on my patio for Christmas. Made simply from a large wire wreath form and two small ones, then lined with 18Ft of red rope lighting! EASY PEASY!

I spent this past weekend sorting through all my Disney Christmas items. I now have two large boxes of ornaments, figurines, lights, coffee mugs, ear hats, magic bands, plushes, etc. And that's in addition to the 2 boxes of non-Disney decorations on the tree, fireplace mantle and other spots around the house. U think I bought just about every Jim Shore and other figurines Disney sold this year. And I've got no room to put it all up. :-(

But here's some of the stuff I have put out:

Console table in my living room. Other half us a non-Disney Christmas village I picked up at Costc

The other two pictures had captions but they must have disappeared into internet space, lol. The mug is recognizable, but those really are Mickey Christmas lights around my kitchen window.

noticed your South Park ornaments. a couple of years ago, I gave my dad a Mr Hanky plush as a joke. he loves it. that episode cracked him up.
long story short, he puts it on his tree every year. loves the looks on people's faces when they see it. :D

Mr. hanky is certainly appropriate for Christmas!

Kyle and Kyle were the cake toppers on our wedding cake, so special meaning there.

LOVE this thread! You guys do some really cool stuff for the holidays. For us, we also but an ornament literally every trip we make, so we have accumulated a pretty nice collection over the years. There is something about taking each one out of the box that puts a smile on my face. It is a very fun process! One thing I started 2 years ago for our twins was that I but them a Disney-related book each year for Christmas, and then handwrite a personal note to each of them in the inside cover of those books. Hopefully, they will enjoy having those one day!

Trust me, they will. My mom did the same for my daughter every year, both books and VHS. She still has those VHS tapes, even though some are more than 20 years old, she no longer has a VHS player to watch them and she's upgraded them to DVD. It's because it was a present from grandma. My mom gave her a copy of The Hobbit one Christmas with the same type of note written inside several years before she passed away. The book remained in my house for several years after my daughter moved out to attend college. She finally retrieved it a couple of years ago. But thought she'd lost it when she moved into her current apartment 2 years ago. She tore both her apartment and my house apart looking for that book. I found it in a box of books and papers in her storage closet she still hadn't unpacked, but said she had looked through, a year and a half after moving into her current place. Texted her a picture I took of the note my mother wrote on the inside cover. Sent it a couple of hours after her now fiancé asked her to marry him using my mother's ring and in the mountains in Colorado where both my parents grew up. I'm not making this up.

They will remember and treasure them....

Mostly ornaments, ornaments and then a few more ornaments. Then of course, we have the Christmas serving trays and dishes, gift wrap and the assorted figurines. They compliment the large year round wall hangings in the family and living rooms quite well.
