How do I get a new guide?

Okay my guide is not returning my phone calls!! I'm not adding on points of course or I'm sure he'd be calling me back.

I've called him twice in the last two months (the last call was over two weeks ago) because I'm trying to get some referrals worked out. He has not called me back once.

Do I just call the main number and ask to be assigned to someone new? I've got the name and number of a guide who seems great, should I just call and ask if he can switch me to him?

I wouldn't have to speak to him for any reason would I?

Just call and tell him (on voicemail) that you are thinking about adding on points. Then when he calls tell him you changed your mind but need to address another situation/question.

Our guide - Linda - is great!! We have called her for many non-purchasing items and she always is very prompt in returning my calls.

But it turns out my problem solved itself. I talked to another guide yesterday, and he told me mine had left the company. So I've got a new one who returns phone calls!!:sohappy:

He may have been let go because he was not being very magical. We have had a great experience with DVC and our guide. I can not imagine being ignored by Linda.

I am glad they have paired you up with a new guide and I hope you enjoy DVC as much as we do.
