How busy is it during Labor Day week?

I have been to WDW during Sept. twice, but never during Labor Day week.
How crowded are the parks during this week?
Do you think that the free dining promo will make a big difference?

We've gone the last three years during Labor Day week (we usually arrive the Sunday before Labor Day) and we have found the parks to be very quiet. The most we would wait for an attraction is ten minutes except for the bigger rides--Big Thunder, Splash, Space, Soarin--those averaged 20 minute waits. It is our favorite time of the year to go.
