How big are lockers at WDW

I tried searching on this but didn't find anything specific.

I'm planning a day trip to the world on June 8th. I'm going to orlando for a convention and am getting there early. I'm not renting a car so I was going to take a shuttle to the parks and then take a cab to my hotel near the orlando convention center at the end of the day.

My problem is what to do with my luggage. I'll have one carry on shoulder bag that fits nicely in an airplane overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.

I was going to get a locker for this but have a few questions.

1.) How big are the lockers at the parks? Any park have bigger lockers than others?

2.) Is there an out of park locker area so I don't have to have my luggage searched by park security?

Well, the lockers are really not big enough to hold luggage, but can hold a fairly large backpack. Is it possible that you have your hotel hold your luggage until you check-in? Most hotels in the area will hold your luggage since check-in times are so late in the afternoon. Perhaps you should call the hotel and ask to arrange something.

As I recall, there were 2 sizes of lockers (same price!).
We had 4 bulky winter coats--think down-filled--and they fit into a larger locker. Yeah--they were smushed, but it didn't really matter.

I would think that if it truly would fit under an airplane seat it should fit. (remember, airline seats are only 17 inches wide)

We used lockers for some of the stuff that we bought on our last trip. They are definately not big enough to hold luggage, unless your an action figure. You might want to consider finding some other way.
