Yes
So how does that work when deluxe guests get extra magic hours in the evenings? What happens if a "throngs of poor" person tries to ride something? I'm assuming they don't herd them all up and kick them out lol. Or, am I wrong and the extra magic hours are for everyone? (I thought I read that the extra hours perk were for deluxe guests only.)

Just like the parties...it works by scanning your admission media (or for the good neighbor hotels that participate, the second set of credentials). You have valid ones right on through, otherwise, you can't enter rides or establishments.

But you can still hang out and clog the place up.

if you are caught in the magic kingdom you are forced to ride it's a small world for the duration of the evening w/o a break......
