Do the monorails run to or through any of the DL hotel's?

No, it does not go to any of the hotels. It stops at Downtown Disney. Next to rainforest .The closest hotel is The Disneyland Hotel.

Actually, the monorail runs through the Grand Californian property, but not exactly in the same way that the WDW monorail goes through the Contemporary. When we stayed in a Concierge room @ the GC in January, the monorail track was almost directly below us, a few floors down.

The only stops that the DL monorail makes are within DL (in Tomorrowland) and at the far end of DTD.
