Hotel Question (Neary Goodie's market)

Does anyone know the name of the hotel that is sandwiched between I-4 and Hotel Plaza Blvd (on 535)? I swore it was a Days Inn. However, when I go online or go through the AAA travel books, there is not mention of it. Last trip in '05 we drove to Disney and got there earlier than planned. We stayed there because it was close and cheap. Is it still open and if so, who runs it? It's the hotel next to Pizzeria Uno and Goodie's (or is it Gooding's?).

We're planning on getting to WDW early again and thought we could stay there again. Anyone have better suggestions on better cost or proximity?

I believe you are thinking of the Comfort Inn, Lake Buena Vista? We sometimes stay there is we get in late at night for our first night. We will be staying our first night ther this Aug, before checking into BCV. WE got the kidsuite for $45 a night!!! It was a special on a travel website, I can't remember which one. It is o.k for a night or two. It is right by Pizzeria Uno, we are from Chicago and stopped in to see if the pizza was as good as it is at home.

Thanks. But it looks like we'll find a place when we get there. I cannot find anything on this hotel. Hopefully it's still there! We were also hoping to stay there for a couple of nights before we go to the Boardwalk. I'll have to check prices for the Downtown Disney area hotels.

One of the hotels closed down right there and reopened recently as a Raddison.
It's right next to a Waffle House and the exit from I-4.
