Hotel Occupancy ?

I was just wondering if anyone has any information on how the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton bonnet creek are doing?

I had heard that Disney deluxe hotels are down as far as Occupancy in 2012. I was wondering if that trend is still occurring in 2013? I also had a question on how the New Four Seasons Resort will effect these resorts?

If anyone has any information to share that would be great.

Interesting to me: I have read an awful lot of bad "reviews" from people who stayed at Bonnet Creek, including bedbugs.

- I hope I NEVER encounter bed bugs! My skin is crawling just thinking about it!
As for the deluxe occupancy- too bad, but hasn't seemed to effect the prices Isn't Bonnet Creek a time share?

I thought the Wyndham Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort is a time share, but the Waldorf Astoria and the Hilton Bonnet Creek are just resorts. Im not really sure if that is correct. So if someone knows for sure please let us know.
