Just wondering if you can enter the 4 other disney theme parks when using a water park day .

We have a 4 day park hopper with a 1 day water park and i want to see if we can still eat inside the other parks on that day

If you have a hopper pass with the water park option on it YES you can go to the parks the same day. Just think of it as a the water park being another park and you hopped in and out

I found this on WDW website https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/faq/tickets/park-hopper-option/

Q. Does the Park Hopper Option provide admission to the water parks?

A. No. Magic Your Way Tickets with the Park Hopper Option do not include admission to the Disney water parks—Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park andDisney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.
However, the Water Park Fun & More Option does provide a certain number of admissions to the water parks—based on the number of days in your ticket or package. If you wish to visit a Disney water park, we recommend that you add the Water Park Fun & More Option to your ticket. Individual admission tickets are also available at the Main Entrance of each water park.

If you add Water Parks & More to your MYW base ticket, you get an equal number of WP&M entitlements that you do normal park visits. So if you buy a 5 day MYW ticket, and add WP&M to it, you will have 5 main gate admissions, and 5 WP&M admissions. Main gates are good for the 4 main theme parks, while the WP&M are good at whatever happens to be a valid WP&M use. If you go to TL in the AM, and then want to go to Epcot for dinner, this will require 1 WP&M admission, as well as 1 main gate admission. Adding hopping would let you do TL in the AM, MK in the afternoon, and then Epcot for Illuminations, but still requires 1 WP&M admission and 1 main gate admission. Even if you add hopping going from one WP&M venue to another requires the use of a second WP&M admission. So doing BB in the AM to TL in the PM requires 2 WP&M admissions.

You usually get more than one day when you add water parks.

Technically, you aren't hopping. Water park admissions are totally separate from theme park admissions.

If you have a four day hopper, every day that you enter one of the Big Four parks will count as a day.

The answer to, "Can I go to both?" is Yes, you can. But you're using a day of your park hopper as well as a day of your water parks. :)

If the OP's ticket exists as they described it, it's probably a convention/group ticket. My friend bought one as part of the group we were with in June (I already had an AP) and his ticket included a free 1-day water park/DQ admission.
