Hoping this timing will work...

Hi all - our flight gets in to MCO at 9:20am. We had a FEA FP+ for late that evening, but suddenly an 11:25am slot opened up so we jumped on it. We are taking Magical Express (with luggage delivery) and staying at the Beach Club, so I am hoping we won't have any problems making it to FEA before 12:25am.

Barring flight delays, do you think this timing is feasible? How long does it usually take folks to get from MCO to the Beach Club via Magical Express? We are traveling in early September, if that's relevant.

We go at the end of the August and take the ME to Yacht Club. We are usually the early morning flight and arrive in Disney by about 8:15 A.M. It can typically take an hour to an hour and half before we arrive at YC. The vast majority of that time is spent waiting for a bus, or on the bus for it to have enough passengers for it to leave. We usually are at the YC between 9:30 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. Often times it makes a few stops before YC as well. If the passenger traffic is the same an hour later I would anticipate getting to BC between 11:00 A.M. and 11:30 A.M. depending how long it takes you to get off the plane and through the airport.

As a side note your luggage delivery will not matter. In fact your luggage likely will not arrive until the early afternoon. So you can go into the park and your luggage will be delivered to your room most likely by the time you get back.

Hope it works out for you.

Might be a bit tight, and I would be a little stressed about having to hurry, but I think the timing is possible.
We're staying at the boardwalk in September and our flight arrives at 10:25. We didn't schedule any FP until 2:55, but we have a 4 year old in tow and will need to get lunch.

It's going to be tight.

Assuming there are no flight delays then in addition to your 9:20 landing you should add time to collect your luggage from the carousels and get on the bus / wait for the bus to leave. Traffic - free flowing or otherwise ? Route - Will your resort be the first drop off or the last ? Travel time to the parks ? Tickets / Magic Bands - Do you already have them ?

If everything works in your favour you'll just about make it, but...........

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. Sounds like we will just need to mentally prepare ourselves that we might miss it. But I guess if the worst things that happens is we miss a FP+, then that's not too bad. At least we are in WDW!

Luckily our luggage won't slow us down since we are doing the delivery service. We also have a FEA FP+ for the next day (we are doing 1.5 Epcot days). Thanks again!

You know, if possible, I would replace that fast pass with something you won't mind potentially missing. Basically re-book that first fast pass later in your schedule and put something more lukewarm as your first. It sounds like there's a good chance from this thread you won't get there in time. You can maybe minimize the "damage" with this.

It worked! Or flight ended up getting in early - wheels down at 8:40 and walking into Epcot at 10. We had a time to check out future world before our fp time.

We got in line for frozen and... It broke down. Less than 5m later I got a text and email saying that I had a use anytime fp for frozen for the rest of the day should it become available again.

It was down for most of the afternoon, but we finally got to ride after a nap/dinner break.
