Hopefully another "short forest" August Pre-Trip Report [:

Finally I am writing my first Pre Trip Report!

The title is from our trip last year because we loved the phrase "short forest" when we heard it Splash Mountain I think and we would constantly say it the whole trip :)

So I've always loved Disney World and my family would take me when I was young, I wanted to bring my teddy bear to the bridge by the Cinderella Castle because they always said that dreams come true there, so I thought if I wished for my bear to come to life it would and be my friend! (like the new movie Ted but not R rated).

Anyway, I would go through Disney obsessed phases but I only recently started reading all these sites and forums and what not. Spring of 2011 somehow my boyfriend and I started talking about making a trip to WDW, originally we were talking about January because its usually cheaper and less crowded. Needless to say I became obsessed with the idea and was researching everything! I found the late summer discount and we ended up choosing to go August 2011. I wanted to write a trip report but school started only days after we got back.

When we got back we started talking about if we'd go this year as well, so I started trolling Disney sites, putting in my dates selecting hotels and then cancelling and I ended up getting a PIN code in the mail! YAY! So we chose our dates Monday August 20- Sunday August 26, $60.90 per night 4 nights and $71.40 for 2 nights at All Star Music!

So the cast for this trip is just my boyfriend, David, and I, Chrissy.

So as you can see I graduated from Rutgers Business School with an Accounting degree and now I am working on my Masters in Financial Accounting. David has one more year left, he is going for physical education/health education.

Can anyone spot the hidden mickey on my cap? :)

We decided we should go this summer to celebrate my graduation, we were also thinking we wouldn't sure if we'd be able to go in like 2013 depending on getting real world jobs and stuff.

Also David's friend was doing the college program and he hopefully will be able to extend until January so hopefully we will be able to hang out with him and his girlfriend- stay tuned for that.

YAY!!! A PTR!! :) Good choices on Le Cellier, Crystal Palace and Ohana. I LOVE those places!!! :)

If I could recommend maybe 50's Prime Time Cafe (if you guys like that kind of food) or maybe even some place nice like Cali Grill. We ate at CG last month and loved it!!

Hey Chrissy! Loving the PTR...I just started my first PTR too, so come check it out. ;)

Awesome deal on the hotel room...sweet! Congrats on graduating! That definitely deserves a celebration at the happiest place on earth. :)

For dinner on your last night I would suggest a TS in Epcot. We live Via Napoli and Rose and Crown, but honestly most of the TS locations in the WS are yummy.

Can't wait to read more!
