reading how people said they need to update CoP i remembered the Uncle Orville voice in the bathtub scene and that is actually one of the funniest parts. but it got me thinking about Abe Lincoln in HoP and i think they need to update his voice because u have all these realistic voices for all the other presidents including George Washington but Lincoln's voice sounds like its being played on a victrola. i have actually heard people laugh when he spoke. who else agrees and who disagrees.

and i'm talking about when the AA speaks not really the video even though they should both have the same voice.

I have to disagree, They are the Same voice actor, Royal Dano. Walt himself selected Dano, because he felt the actor came closest to the historical descriptions of Lincoln's voice. Take into consideration that Dano's audio tracks used in HoP could be over 40 years old. Plus, when they converted the audio tracks to higher quality, it probability did not sound like WDI wanted it to sound. If that is so, then 9 chances out of 10 is that they used Auto-Tune.
Wikipedia Article on Auto-Tune said:
Auto-Tune uses a phase vocoder to correct pitch in vocal and instrumental performances. It is used to disguise off-key inaccuracies and mistakes, and has allowed singers to perform perfectly tuned vocal tracks without the need of singing in tune. While its main purpose is to slightly bend sung pitches to the nearest true semitone (to the exact pitch of the nearest tone in traditional equal temperament), Auto-Tune can be used as an effect to distort the human voice when pitch is raised/lowered significantly
