We love love love the show! The food is not signature worthy ( but yummy ) but I guess combine a hilariously corny show the entire family will like and some finger lickin food and the answer is well ... I know this will sound nuts but. I rather pay out of pocket here and go to a more upscale signature. Being mindful I don't have kids so it oddly makes sense for us. If I had kiddies I would take this meal and show over Castle food anyday!!!

One Little Spark...
We did this last year. It was ok. I think I enjoyed it more than the kid did.

The food was very good. The service was ok. The show was amusing, but if it wasn't for the musicians (which were excellent) and the comedy relief character (I forget his name offhand...two cents or something like that), it would have flopped in my view.

The meal is centered around the show, so everyone eats (family style) at the same pace.

Worth doing? Yes. Must see? No.

I wrote about it in detail with pictures on my trip report for 2012 on post # 96. Link is in my signature.

We LOVE HDDR! It's not a must do for us every trip, but every few trips we like to go see it. And we have a Tables In Wonderland card so we get a 20% discount which helps since it's not super cheap. We ate at CRT last week and if I had to spend 2 credits on one, it would definitely be HDDR. Besides, how can you go wrong with fried chicken and all you can drink beer? ;)
