Hoop dee doo and dining plan

Sorry if this is dumb, but when I made my ressie for HDD, I told the CM that I was planning to use dining plan credits, but she still took my CC info and charged it. That will come off when I check in, right?!!!

Also, is there a kid's menu, or do I have to call and make a request for hot dogs, etc.?

On this subject, can anyone confirm which level of seating is included on the dining plan? Where is best to request?

When I made my DDP Hoop Dee Doo ressies, I gave my CC info, but it was not charged. I was told it would be charged a cancelation fee if I did not show up. DDP is category 2 or 3 for the early shows or category 1, 2, or 3 for the late show. If I remember right, it's the only DDP place that includes beer and wine.

On the CC thing....This seems to change almost daily. Sometimes they take your CC number and charge nothing, other times they will charge and then refund just $1 to confirm that it is valid. The skinny of it is that regardless of what they charge they will refund it after you attend the show. How fast is up to your CC company but it should be off by your second billing cycle.

Seating and the DDP....You can get up to Category 1 seating for the 9:30 show ONLY. For all other shows you can get Category 2 or 3 seating.

Kids Menu....I do not know of a specific kids menu. You will more than likely need to request something special but as always no one is better than Disney at accommodating special dietary needs.
