Lilo and Stitch was in the top 10 box office for several weeks and again in the top ten for rentals for several weeks. Most movies don't fare so well. Chicken Little topped the box office for two weeks and stayed in the top 10 for a couple of months. Again, not very shoddy.

Now, give us something other than your opinion with these blanket statements you like to make.

It's one thing to say you don't like L&S or Chicken Little, but to say that L&S are going the way of Oliver & Company ignores the DVD sales and merchandise sales.

The L&S cost $80 million to make and make (domestic and overseas) $273 million.

Chicken Little has made over $300 million.

Home on the Range never covered production cost during initial release ($110 million to produce, made $103 million) so grouping Chicken Little and L&S with Home on the Range is FACTUALLY misleading.

Were CL and L&S huge blockbusters like The Lion King? No, but they are profit makers for the company and Stitch has a loyal following. The L&S direct to DVD movies have been successful and so hasn't the merchandise. Has Disney overdone it? Maybe in the parks, but now they will switch the marketing to Everest. Plus he was mainly overdone for those that visit frequently. For people that visit every 4-7 years they may not have even seen the campaign or they saw it once.

By the way, Stitch has already hung around longer than Oliver and Company.
