Hong Kong Halloween Costume Question?

Hey, I'm heading off to Hong Kong Disneyland next month but haven't managed to find an answer to this, I know parks like Tokyo and the US parks allow over 16s to dress up for the Halloween period I was just wondering if the same applied to Hong Kong or is no over 16s still enforced, thanks!

@Masahara We saw teen and older guests wearing the most elaborate costumes like it was the norm.
