I've seen Fantasmic lots over the years and they streamers have always been a part of the show. Now whether or not they happen to appear at that performance tends to vary. Sometimes they are there, sometimes they aren't but they're suppose to be there.

Everytime I have seen Fantasminc all the characters have had streamers. I started to cry watching your video. I know it will be a LONG time unitl I get to go to WDW agian.

What's a "way to go card"? -Can guests really give them to CM's!? -Where do you get them!? ...It would be an awesome idea if you could really do that!!

Disney doesn't provide them, I've just heard of members from this site showing their appreciation by handing CMs something like a card saying "we noticed you're doing a magical job" with a $10 gift card or something to that effect.
