can any one confirm if dinner is still character free?

When we were there in April there were no characters at dinner.

Was told in early June that they would have Characters in July, but I haven't heard anything about them yet....

Lunch and dinner are character free. Characters only for breakfast

FREE = no. Part of the dining plan = yes. No characters for dinner only Breakfast and Lunch
