I just got it on my Kindle yesterday and started reading it this morning.

It is about a police officer's family getting kidnapped at Walt Disney World while on vacation. I am just one chapter in, so hopefully it is good.

Has anyone else read it or even heard of it?

Rest assured I'll find myself a copy. Thats my kinda book and the setting is pretty awesome. I found myself reading kingdom keepers but sometimes I feel like im 20 years late reading that series. I'm ready for some good WDW fiction

I read it, too. Just the first one though. One of the reviews for HW said something like, "This isn't Kingdom Keepers." Which possibly came from Kinsey or Jeff and George from Micechat. Those guys are always making me laugh. Some of the joke pull-quotes I got for approval for the jacket art were downright hilarious. Everyone that reviewed a pre-release copy made me laugh hysterically.

There are some pretty funny reviews on Goodreads. People seem to take themselves too seriously and have trouble realizing that the book was written to entertain people. I guess I'm a terrorist or something now. I love reading the 5 star reviews because it's really humbling to have people enjoy something I've created, but I'm most entertained by the 1 and 2 star reviews--they're hilarious.

Lol, in all honesty the front cover is a bit much though. I haven't read the book, but why the choice of Disney as your setting? (somewhat tarnishing it in the process) and not a fictional theme park/resort setting? I get the feeling the book would be better appreciated if it was set elsewhere going by the reviews.

Looking forward to getting the Kindle edition tonight.... and there are plenty of places worse the Detroit (but that's for another thread).:in pain:

I don't know. I've been to a lot of places and I still haven't been to a place I hate more than Detroit. Except maybe Toledo haha.
