Those infamous hand made candy canes are once again being offered this year at Disneyland's Candy Palace.

Dates for production are-
November 30th
December 2, 6, 9, 12, 16, 21, and 24

In case you've never seen the video from Disney

They sell out very fast and I think a voucher is required for purchase that you can pick up from the Candy Palace at park opening.

Disneyland will be celebrating Three Kings Day this year.

http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2011/12/disneyland-park-celebrates-three-kings-day/
The holidays will continue at Disneyland Resort through Sunday, Jan. 8, which will give us the opportunity to celebrate Three Kings Day, also known as Día de los Reyes Magos, for the first time ever, on January 6-8! Special décor and entertainment will showcase Western and Mexican heritage, and food and children’s activities will be themed to the holiday.
Three Kings Day is celebrated in many Latin American countries as part of the Christmas story. It commemorates the day the three kings (the magi or “wise men”) followed the star to Bethlehem and presented their gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
The Three Kings Day celebration at Disneyland park will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Zocalo Park (which is Spanish for “Town Square”) in Frontierland. Walt Disney envisioned Frontierland as a showcase for America’s Western and Mexican heritage, and this celebration will continue that vision.
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will appear in their Fiesta costumes and other characters will join them, including the Three Caballeros: Donald Duck, Jose Carioca and Panchito! Entertainment highlights will include folklorico dance along with musical performances by the Grammy-winning Mariachi Divas. Children will have the opportunity to participate in face painting, coloring, crown decorating and other activities.
Be sure to bring your family and celebrate Three Kings Day with us here at Disneyland park!

That video shows just what a fun, fresh, hip, yet uniquely Disney experience that DCA has become in the last couple of years! And that's even before Cars Land and Buena Vista Street are open!

Dare I say it (as a long-time DCA critic since Bill Clinton was in the White House), but DCA is truly blossoming into the perfect companion to the flagship Disney theme park next door, Walt Disney's magic kingdom of Disneyland!

Happy new year Disney California Adventure! 2012 will truly be a monumental year that us Disney fans in California will remember for decades to come! :sohappy:

Random Acts of Disney were played on NYE on the Rivers of America using the Fantasmic! tech. Keep in mind it was very foggy making for a bit of a blur on the videos.

The 3 Kings Day celebration is this weekend, and will help close out the holiday season.

http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/bl...ree-kings-day-celebration-at-disneyland-park/

Mariachis, media and Mickey were all up early this morning to help kick off the first official Three Kings Day celebration at Disneyland park. More than 20 crew members started setting up late last night for local stations to broadcast live from Zocalo Park in Frontierland.
The video below shows a little bit of how we made it happen and what guests can expect this weekend during the unique, three-day event.

As a non-Hispanic Protestant, I know absolutely nothing about this Three Kings Day thing, but I just love Mickey and Minnie's new outfits for this! So fun! :sohappy:
