It says that there is a special parade viewing on Main Street. Any ideas where this would be?

Ok. guess I should have read farther before creating this thread, because on the Disney website, it says the parade viewing area is by the flag pole. But, I have a further question: After the parade, you are escorted to Tomorrowland Terrace for the dessert party and viewing Holiday Wishes. I have never viewed Wishes from there. My concern is that from there you wouldn't get to see any of the perimeter fireworks that go off on either side of main Street, which is one of the things that make the Holiday Wishes special. Am I correct?

This is a fantastic viewing area. We've done this two separate occasions. I would highly recommend to anyoneif there are members in your group that cannot stand for a long time or hates crowds. You can choose to stand or sit and watch Wishes. Additionally, you are in a covered area so if there's a slight drizzle of rain, you can watch Wishes and remain dry. We took my in-laws that didn't want to get bumped around in the crowds and they 100% enjoyed themselves as my 16 year old son ate 30 chocolate covered strawberries ( to this day I'm still in disbelief he didn't get sick). Tinker Bell soars right over top of where you are watching. Would recommend this to anyone, it was enjoyable.

Yes, but the Holiday Wishes show is a bit different and there are perimeter fireworks that go off periodically throughout the show. I'm concerned we wouldn't be able to see them from the terrace. This is my sister's first trip during the holidays - her "bucket list" trip she's calling it - and I want her to experience all of the holiday magic. I don't mind paying for the dessert party as a special extra, unless it's going to prevent us from experiencing that feeling of total immersion that I feel during Holiday Wishes.
