Holiday next year

Hi all, I am planning a holiday to WDW next year for 2 weeks for end of November - beginning of December with my best friend. Its going to be an early Christmas present to each other and its a late birthday holiday for me too (birthday is in September and I spent my 20th in DLRP and want my first holiday as a 21 year old in WDW)

I was wondering how busy it is around that time?
and I was also wondering when they put up Christmas decorations in the parks?

Crowds tend to be pretty good during that time of year, but it will be far from dead. The Christmas decorations start going up around November 1st and are typically 100% complete before Thanksgiving weekend.
