Holiday Decor .... exactly when?

I know everything will officially be up for thanksgiving but what are the "historical dates" of everything being up.... Specifically curious about the world showcase and the gingerbread house @ GF

Last year the MK was decorated for Christmas (including the tree) the first week of November. Historically, the other parks and resorts are decorated by mid-November. Dates fluctuate, as not all resorts are done the same night. The GF gingerbread house takes several days to complete and usually opens a few days before Thanksgiving.

World Showcase decor is some wreaths/garland inside shops and restaurants. The Holiday Storytellers and the Candlelight Processional do not begin until Friday after Thanksgiving.
